NOBODY LOVES ME

When I was little

I had the attention

Because a baby's smile

Make's the world give affection

Then I grew up so fast

And no one ever knows that I'm here

With all the new happenings

Nobody notices when I disappear

Then I got older

And fell in love so soon

There was nothing sweeter

Than those walks beneath the moon

The rejection of my family

Made me so vulnerable to a new

That the hands of this wanderer

Colored over my tears of blue

Now on a new page of life

I stand alone once again

For even the love I found elsewhere

Didn't love me enough to be my friend

I've been through rejection

That I never did really see

After all I've felt and lost

It's clear now, nobody loves me.
